  We had our first appointment for my 92-year-old father with Dr. Hashimoto today. I was extremely impressed as Hashimoto took over an hour asking about and addressing dad’s multiple health issues, prescriptions were sent right away to CVS and referrals to other providers were written down for me so I don’t have to find them in the portal. Most importantly, my dad has a tendency to ramble But Hashimoto was patient and attentive the entire time. The staff was very friendly and helpful and parking in the downstairs lot for the medical buildings was really easy and convenient for wheelchair users.

  Dad has been going to this clinic for about 2 years now. Everyone,from the receptionist to the MD, treats us with respect and dignity. Dad, now ,looks forward to going to the doctor, for once in his life. He's 84 years old ! We ❤️ UCLA !

  Warning...DON'T SEND YOUR PARENTS TO THIS CLINIC UNLESS THEY SEE DR. DON-PHUC TRAN, DR. GARCIA, AND THEY HAVE A GREAT DO. DON'T BOTHER BECAUSE YOU'LL GET UPSET HOW THEY CUT EYES ON THE PERSON BRINGING ATHEM IN THAT HAS ASCALZHEIMER’S AND IGNORE WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY. NO TRANSPARENCY, PROGRESS NOTES ARE NOT CONSISTENT. WORSE GROUP EVERY!!!!
