  Been trying to locate a new psychiatrist with UCLA Health. Unfortunately UCLA Health cannot assign a new doctor to me because all the doctors no longer have availability. UCLA Health will not assign me to a psychiatrist in one of its Outpatient Clinics even though it appears one or more specializes in my situation. Currently I have to stay with the UCLA Health Psychiatrist I am assigned to, if he continues to see me) or be kicked out of UCLA Health again. Previously left UCLA Health because the psychiatrists seem very unhelpful until I encountered worse outside UCLA Health. Managed to encounter several good psychiatrists when I returned to UCLA Health. Wish I could have stayed with the good psychiatrists but life circumstances get in the way. UCLA Health with this department is a big disappointment.

  I've been trying to switch my son doctor and they refer me with the service coordinator they said they will contact me in the next 3 days that was on January and today I requested again it went to the same process. I ask for the coordinator phone number and they didn't wanna give it to me. Im looking for another medical network.

  This feels like a scam almost. They are billing me for missed appointments. Terrible administrative mess up. I have never seen a business run like this. They send me an appointment time through email not my chart won’t even asking what time works. Not knowing I have an appointment. They send a time via email I log on and 45 mins before appointment I get a bill for missed appointment!!! I have emails stating appointment times. I have sent emails showing them 3 TIMES they have done this. They have yet to call me. It’s going on a month. After me sending g emails calling my bank to stop payment on this scam. I have been 5 days without meds. ThAt they said they wrote a script for. I have been throwing up and mentally not well. Very scary to me. This is serious. They don’t care. Go elsewhere

  Dept is in disarray. They keep switching my docs without reassignment and leave my care hanging. They don’t Call back and Regularly ignore refilll requests from me and my pharmacy. It takes three phone calls to resolve a simple matter. Multiple discussions with the head of the Dept hasn’t solved the issues. Worst Dept at UCLA. Should be shut down.
