  Surprised I am not seeing comments on the parking!! The only parking is in the garage and it is VERY expensive. There is no validation. The blood work and wait times were good but the parking is unreasonable.

  The staff is professional and friendly however this is very busy lab during some hours. they could use better housekeeping in that bathroom. Humans can be so disgusting and rude when using the bathroom at the hospital 🙄 Outside of parking the visit was less than 1hr much better than previous visits.

  The sign-in system is easy. The staff is polite and nice from the front desk people to the lab techs. It is nice they give you a time and you can see where you are in the queue. On a Tuesday afternoon my wait was 15 minutes. We hung out in the hallway which is nice and airy. All the staff wears masks. As someone who has multiple health problems I don't need to be concerned about getting Covid not matter how mild it might be. I am going again tomorrow on a Saturday so I will see what that is like.
