Came for a general check up and the doctor recommend I have a growth frozen. The doctor did not disclose the cost of the very minor procedure and it was performed by a medical student who struggled to use the freeze gun. Also, The procedure did not resolve the issue. Then, my insurance was charged $650. I could have performed something very similar using items bought over the counter for less than $20. The amount charged for an unsuccessful procedure (which took 20 seconds) performed by a student who didn’t know what they were doing is robbery. When I brought up this issue with them, I was dismissed and ignored. Rather than handle this issue with me directly, they have sent the amount to a debt collector.
Avoid them unless you want a doctor who will overcharge you, underperform, and doesn’t care about their patience.

I walked out feeling like a meatbag. Dr. Liu just listed off medications she was prescribing with no context at all or options. I tried asking specific questions about my moles and she seemed annoyed and wanted me out of there. Dr. Levin came in for literally 45 seconds and had a hand and foot out the door before i could ask a question. I tried stopping him multiple times to ask him specific questions and it was just absolutely a terrible experience. I will never return here. For that, $15 parking, $20 copay, 1.5 hour drive back to the east side, and we'll see what their facility charge will be. I can't warn you enough to avoid this place!
Saw Dr. Bach and Dr. Karmouta for about 5 minutes for a simple return visit on a nail. Was charged for a 39 minute visit. Do not go here!!!

I was seen by a resident doctor who was great followed by Dr. Lorraine Young who was also amazing. I was in and out quickly. Not much waiting. Academic centers are always better! They don't recommend treatments unnecessarily.
