  All of the staff at this location and in the 200 building suite 450 are lovely and go above and beyond. Especially Jina, Tracy, and Terrell. Highly recommend this location.

  Wish I could give no stars. Waited two months to be seen, just to get a shrug and no answer from the specialist. Follow up appointment was never scheduled - I had to call and remind them (they had forgotten) and it was another FOUR MONTHS out. The REAL kicker? Because these guys are in a hospital I got slapped with a $500 bill! For absolutely nothing! I sought private care, and for the same amount of money it would have cost to step into this place twice, I was in and out in two visits. Terrible experience. Unhelpful. Garbage medical system. We live in a late capitalist nightmare. God forbid you need anything timely from these people.

  Impossible to make an appointment here, I must have called the office 8 separate times, each time was told they would send an "urgent message" to the coordinator who would reach out and schedule an appointment. That never once happened. Then, they randomly scheduled me for a consultation without asking me if I was even available for that time - which I was not, and tried desperately to call them to find a different time. Never got through to anyone. This went on for literal months.. good luck

  I had some difficulty, initially, in making an appointment. However the visit was very streamlined. Office staff were professional. The space itself is clean and comfortable. I was brought in to the exam room very quickly. Dr Shahabi was very knowledgable, down to earth and forthcoming. I felt very satisfied with the visit.
