SCFHC's flagship main location which first opened its doors in 1981. Located on Central Avenue along the Historical Jazz Corridor in South Los Angeles. As a federally qualified health center, we have an open-door policy which means we see anyone regardless of their ability to pay. Our primary care staff is ready to meet all of your comprehensive health needs. SCFHC is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with an open-door policy that does not turn anyone away regardless of their ability to pay, background, or legal status.
