  I didn’t mention that the staff also had my wife loudly repeat the spelling of her full name and her birth date, at which time another person present immediately started typing on her notebook. Of course, that made us nervous. Always print your name, birth date, and phone number on a slip of paper so you can present that instead of being overheard providing it verbally.

  Very fast and professional. Susan is fantastic, didn't feel a thing when I got my blood test done. Highly recommend.
