  This is a convenient location. They rent a small office by the pharmacy. Ample parking. I've been there 4 times this year. They used to take walk-ins. No longer. I had trouble getting on line appointment at the Vons Location. I was given an appointment for a few days later. When I went in only 1 technican. I was in at once and out quickly. If I have a complaint it's that they have no week end hours anymore

  So drive all the way over to this location which took an hour just to find out systems down and staff claim they can’t do anything. A national organization whose system is down? Don’t waste your time here. Go somewhere else

  The place was clean, and the staff were nice and friendly, but they don't have special needles for small veins
