  Very inconvenient for walk-ins. I waited for over an hour and was still not called in. The facility seems understaffed, and there should be a separate system or queue specifically for walk-in patients.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. I had a 2:40 PM appointment and checked in at the kiosk at 2:46 PM. I was told I would receive a text when it was time to be seen, but I never received anything. I sat directly in front of the entrance the entire time, and my name was never called. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours with no updates and no way to speak to a staff member because there is no front desk and the door remained locked the entire time. When I was finally able to speak with someone, the interaction was even more frustrating. She was dismissive, rude, and did not acknowledge my concerns. Instead of helping, she was gaslighting me. To make matters worse, the waiting area was poorly ventilated and not well maintained. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location.

  Everything is Excellent at the facility . Staff was awesome . Washroom needs to be looked into regularly as it was not kept clean .

  I had a great experience at my Quest appointment. Mina, who assisted me, was very professional, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. She made the visit smooth and comfortable, and I truly appreciated her friendly and attentive service. I would definitely come back again and recommend this location to others.
