  El personal aquí es muy grosero. Tratan a las personas con desprecio y son bruscos y poco amables. En otras clínicas, uno puede simplemente dejar una muestra de orina, pero aquí es obligatorio hacer una cita y esperar todo ese tiempo solo para dejar la muestra. Es extremadamente ineficiente—tuve que esperar más de 50 minutos. Más allá de la ineficiencia, la actitud del personal hace que no quiera regresar. En particular, hubo un empleado que actuó como si fuera superior a los demás y trató a las personas sin el respeto básico. The staff here are very rude. They talk down to people and are unnecessarily blunt and dismissive. At other clinics, you can simply drop off a urine sample, but here you are required to make an appointment and wait the entire time just to leave the sample. This is extremely inefficient—I had to wait over 50 minutes. Beyond the inconvenience, the staff’s attitude alone makes me not want to come back. One particular staff member behaved as if they were above others and treated people with a lack of basic respect.

  The worst Quest location, waiting time 2 hours for walk in, 3 phlebotomist taking blood. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION, staff has numbing heart, noisy and slow.

  Thank you very much for fast, caring service I have recently received. The nurse was friendly, experienced, I had no pain during the procedure.

  This place is phenomenal. I can see why people make the drive for this location. I came without an appointment and was the 2nd person seen and out within 5 minutes. I wish I got the name of my phlebotomist, she was amazing. Super nice and clean building.

  Note: Location is on the border of Little Tokyo and Skid Row. It is literally on the southern border of Little Tokyo. (Don't let this discourage you, as long as you do NOT go south of the location, or immediately you will be in the heart of Skid Row). As with all other Quest locations in SoCal, there's NO receptionist. So don't bother calling, as no one will answer. I arrived on time, and was seen quickly thereafter. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Yuko (one of the phlebotomists) was extremely helpful and informative. 10/10 as far as services go. Once done, feel free to head to the many local shops and eateries in Little Tokyo (north and east of this location).
