  I have referred about a dozen families to Launch Centers over the years and every single one has had a great experience. They do an incredible job supporting young adults with everything from bipolar disorder to ADHD and substance abuse. The communication they provide to families is outstanding and the care the provide to their clients is best in class. Many of the clients I have referred there have never been to treatment before and were extremely nervous on what to expect. Launch made them feel special, treated them with dignity and respect and I know first hand that several of them have referred their friends to the Launch Program as well. I can’t say enough great things about this program.

  I had my first experience with The Launch today during a phone call with Clint, and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, compassion, and genuine care. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to really listen and understand my situation. He provided thoughtful, helpful information without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. What stood out most was how sincere and invested he seemed in helping families, and his calm, caring approach made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. And he was incredibly funny!

  Jose at Launch Centers Mental Health Services in Los Angeles has been absolutely incredible for my fiancée’s son. From the very first conversation, Jose stepped in with compassion, knowledge, and a genuine desire to help. During an extremely difficult time as we searched for help for my fiancée’s son as he began recovery from addiction, Jose guided us every step of the way. Jose helped place him in an outstanding treatment facility and continues to help us plan the next steps in his recovery journey. What stands out most about Jose is how deeply he cares. Jose is always available, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive, and he treats the families he helps with real kindness and respect.
