    I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience!! I’ve been training with Natalie twice a week, and after just three weeks of focusing on shoulder workouts, my round shoulders have improved so much! I’m really enjoying seeing my back muscles develop and becoming more defined. Her workout programs are truly effective. They’re never too intense or too easy — always perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of rest time. Also, her bright energy and encouraging reactions while counting reps make the workouts feel even more motivating and energizing. The gym itself is also very upscale and clean, and the facilities are flawless. The motivational quotes on the walls really help snap me back into focus when I start to zone out during tough moments 😂 I know this might sound like all compliments, but it’s also very close to my home, and honestly, I have zero complaints. I’ve been really happy going here!

    Before starting my 12 week personal training program, I talked to the owner Dani and she worked with me to fit my sessions into my schedule. She also said she would get me a great trainer, and she did! My trainer Garry is an exceptional trainer and coach. The level of detail Garry provides during the training session and also out of the gym to keep my nutrition on point is stellar. At Hybrid, you receive a level of guidance and motivation during your workouts that is probably only experienced in the realm of professional athletics. Your trainer is locked in on you every set, every rep. The workouts and entire 12 week program are centered around dropping body fat while increasing strength and endurance. I'm 4 weeks into the 12 week personal training program and could not - could not - be happier. Hybrid is a gym that is accustomed to working with busy professionals, has a great atmosphere and really supportive trainers and owners. 5 stars all the way!!

    Jesse has been amazing to work with. He’s very patient but still knows how to push me to get the most out of my workouts. He always takes my concerns into consideration when planning sessions and makes sure to answer every question I have. I really appreciate the balance of support and motivation he brings.

    I've been working with Natalie at Hybrid and she is awesome! She's super sweet, knowledgeable and makes strength training fun -- I love the routines we do. The gym is stunning and parking is so easy. Everyone is so friendly there - I love going to my workouts at Hybrid! Highly recommend for PT and boxing classes!

    love going to hybrid & the private experience you get there! it’s been 6 months since i started training with dani and i have built muscle, feel strong, and also lost 15lbs! any adjustments based on what’s going on that week or prior injuries are always taken into account and I’ve never looked better in my clothes. :)
