Most recently, I refilled a prescription 4 days early, yet when I showed up, nothing was ready. Instead of contacting my doctor days ago, they waited until I was standing there—after the office had closed. To make it worse, they told me if they couldn’t reach my doctor tomorrow, they’d just give me the meds anyway. So why not today? The pharmacist was rude, dismissive, and even tried to blame me, despite me showing proof I had refilled days earlier. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and insulting. After years of putting up with this nonsense, I’m done and moving to a new pharmacy.

Anytime I’ve had to call, I never waited long, and they’ve always been helpful and quick to sort things out. It’s clear they actually care and more than once they’ve gone out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely a big step up from Walgreens Pharmacy that I used in the past.
