She took a through history, giving me room to talk. She did a complete examination. She guided me through each step of the visit so I knew what to expect. She had an excellent MA who is also a pre med student who did the allergy testing and documentation. She had plenty of time to discuss next steps and risks and benefits of the different treatment plans, including allergy shots versus oral desensitization medicine. She took the time to teach me how to use the nasal spray, letting me try spraying it in front of her mirror to make sure I was doing it correctly. I was in awe by the end of the visit, I’ve never been treated so well as a patient, I couldn’t stop talking about it with my friends and family. Highly highly recommended.
