Something’s changed here. I’ve been going for years and always had good experiences (specially with the doctors themselves).
In recent months however, the staff is dismissive, unhelpful and unable to properly communicate.
I requested a nasal spray through my pharmacy portal and waited months without a response. I called and left three voicemails, again without a response. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told I needed a follow up app. first. Why couldn’t anyone, in the months that passed, simply called, emailed or even sent me a letter telling me this? For a nasal spray.
So the receptionist told me she’d put in a 30 day supply for me (since I had a trip coming up) and we scheduled a Telehealth call for the next day in tandem. I never got a zoom link, I never got the Telehealth visit and she never put in the script for me. When I followed up about it, she argued that I couldn’t get the script without an app. (Despite her offering that literally the day prior). She also never responded to or addressed that the doctor did not show for the Telehealth call we scheduled. Had I been a no show, I would have been charged.
Unacceptable, and shame on the doctors for not managing the staff that looks after their patients.

We just met with Dr. Eitches this afternoon to assess my son’s potential allergy situation. The practice lives up the hype and then some. Dr. E has a great sense of humor and observation. We nailed down a likely dx and walked out with a battle plan. A warm, welcoming, competent team. How children’s medicine should be done!
