The team has a lot of patience, they’re nice, and they do their due diligence and what they can to ensure my medicine is filled on time / readily available. There’s been instances where I’ve asked for accommodation to fill early due to travel, and they were happy to (other places were a hassle and a headache).

I switched from my local pharmacy to this Ralphs location thinking it would be more efficient and better stocked. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Every single time I’ve used this pharmacy, there’s been an issue. Most recently, I’ve been waiting over a week for a medication I urgently need. I’ve been literally struggling to survive every single day while juggling work and the weight of life—just trying to hold on until this prescription was ready. After a full week of waiting, I showed up expecting it to finally be ready, and… nothing. It still wasn’t filled. No call. No update. No urgency. Just silence while I’m barely functioning. And this isn’t the first time. I once needed an EpiPen—a life-saving medication—and waited a full week only to be told it was ready. When I got there, it had “disappeared.” I then had to wait another week for a replacement. That’s two weeks without something that could literally save my life. I want to be clear: I have family in the medical field. I have deep respect and gratitude for the people who work in healthcare. I know it’s not easy. I’ve tried to be patient with this pharmacy, truly. But after time and time and time again of being dismissed, misled, or simply not cared for—I have to say something.
