  For almost 3 months now they had me going back and forth with my insurance, my doctor, at some point both calling pharmacy to why they weren’t processing the medication that was approved by the insurance.It took them 3 month and endless going back and forth to tell me that they weren’t accepting my insurance and had to go to a different pharmacy. CVS took care of the transfer and had everything ready in less then a day. Choose wisely.

  Put on hold forever and they hung up three times before they actually answered my call. Once I talked to someone they were so horribly impatient and rude. And, to make matters worse, they were in such a rush to get off the phone, they hung up on me before I could fill my second prescription. They also didn't have enough of my prescription so they made me wait, missing a day of my daily medication, until I begged them to give me what they had to tide me over. If the app worked properly I would just do that, but their app sucks, too.
