- TMTessa McCormackJan 14, 20221.0I used to get great customer service at this pharmacy, but lately there seems to be all new incompetent staff. These people are not notifying me that they're out of certain medications until I arrive to pick them up at the time THEY told me to pick them up. They're giving me only half of a prescription for a yeast infection, which any woman knows is risky to not finish the round of antibiotics for. Why couldn't they have just notified me they didn't have enough to fill the full prescription and let me take it elsewhere? This is a very time sensitive prescription. It still says "in progress" several days after the initial pick-up date and is therefore unable to be transferred to another pharmacy, even a different Ralph's location. Not to mention that I spent an actually insane amount of time on hold trying to get ahold of them to release the prescription. TL;DR: If you need important prescriptions in a timely manner, take them literally anywhere else to get filled.
