- RRRudyOct 12, 20252.0Pharmacy hours are incorrect online and in person on the sign at the pharmacy. Very misleading, says they open at 10am on Sundays but they show up at 11am. I was waiting until I asked a cashier employee to which they told me they open at 11am. Very unprofessional.

It is sad i have to share extremely unpleasant experience here. I transferred my medications BECAUSE Free Delivery. I clarified 3x with Pharmacy staff Marbal. My insurance has already approved in 10/3. The medication NEVER delivered until today (10/8). They know I need the medication every day. Today Pharmacist on float called me saying" there is charge $98.00. The pharmacist refused to give her name. She also refused to transfer to other pharmacy. It is illegal not to transfer when patient requests unless it is controlled substance. The pharmacist hung up on me 2X. Rude/ Unprofessional/ Strong accent i never understand her English! Horrible management! Huge misrepresentation! Stay away fron this pharmacy. I already file a case against the pharmacist at CA Board of Pharmacy
