    I had an unpleasant experience at Ralphs Pharmacy recently. When I asked about the usual prices for some medications, the staff member, she was quite rude and refused to provide any information. This kind of service left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. Customer service is crucial, especially in a pharmacy setting, and I hope to see improvements in the future.

    Absolutely the worst pharmacy in LA!!!!! Got cut off or hung up on over 10 times in a row! Unable to fill a simple presciption for syringes. Asked me if my pet was allergic to anything- assuming they meant to the plastic, metal or rubber in the syringes! Incompotent personnel and little to no communication. Can't read a prescription and ask you things they should know or tell you things that are obvious, i.e., "this appears to be from a veternarian...", really?! Wow! Strange "Veterinary Clinic" is printed on the top of the prescription! How did you deduce that Sherlock?!?!?! One of the most frustrating two day experiences I have ever had just to get a simple pack of syringes for adminstering allergy medication to a pet. Wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!
