  The showers here are horrible 🤢🤮nasty molded shower curtains I’m sure they don’t change me at all that’s a huge OSHA VIOLATION‼️. the floor is always sock and wet as if staff doesn’t care

  I love this location! The other location where I was a previous member would only let you use the aqua massage and chair massages for 5 minutes. At this location, the front desk staff has always given me a full ten minutes, and then if I want to use a different machine, they would with no problems, especially if there was no one waiting for them.

  Gente grosera y con actitudes discriminatorias en la recepción de este gimnasio. No vengan si quieren evitarse malos momentos. Defienden a sus empleados aun sabiendo que son la imagen de la empresa, pero claramente no están contratando a personas adecuadas para atender al público. Uno saluda y no responden; se despide y tampoco. Y encima te miran de arriba abajo con desprecio. ¿En serio? Yo soy colombiano, y a nosotros sí nos enseñaron respeto y valores. No como aquí, donde muchos crecieron sin arraigo, sin identidad y sin orgullo por nada. Luego ven a uno con desdén y pretenden que uno se quede callado. No, gracias. Aprendan a tener valores, a saludar, a despedir y a tratar bien a los clientes. Cualquier colombiano con principios hace respetar sus raíces y jamás baja la cabeza ante una injusticia, y menos frente a gente que ni historia ni sentido de pertenencia demuestra tener como generación. 😂👍

  Rude and discriminatory staff at the front desk of this gym. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you don’t want unnecessary problems. They defend their employees even though those employees are the face of the company, yet they clearly don’t hire the right people for the job. You greet them and they don’t respond; you say goodbye and they ignore you. And on top of that, they look you up and down with obvious disrespect. Seriously? I’m Colombian, and we were raised with respect and values — something many people here clearly lack. Some grew up without identity, without pride, and without any sense of belonging. Then they look at you with contempt as if you’re supposed to stay quiet. Not happening. Learn some basic values: greet your customers, say goodbye, and treat people with dignity. Any Colombian with principles will always defend their roots and never bow their head to injustice — especially not from people who show no history, no culture, and no sense of identity as a generation. 😂👍
