Your staff told me that my membership had been canceled, so I deleted the app. However, I recently discovered that my account has been charged every month for the past four months. Later, when I tried to resolve the issue, I was directed to another branch. If cancellations cannot be processed at this location, then how was I told that my membership was canceled here four months ago? You caused me a lot of inconvenience by sending me from one branch to another. I was charged for four months despite not using any services. This is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I do not recommend Planet Fitness at all.
