- KMKara Mondino1 day ago5.0Amazing! What a fantastic, quality experience. Took my fiancé on a date there for contrast 60 and I was so impressed by the well designed, beautiful facilities. It was super clean and the staff members were so nice and helpful. The fact that you could add on a person for $40 to your sauna/cold room experience was brilliant. Loved that I could share this experience with my partner for a reasonable cost. The amenities were great too excellent hairdryers and quality bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) only note was the towels are a little too worn for comfort.
- ASAlan Sneider3 days ago5.0I’d give this probably 4.5-4.75 if I could, only if for minor thoughts & recommendations. First, the facilities are great. Relaxing aesthetic and very clean. I did the cryo, which was my first time (had only done plunges previously) and it was great - they give you good headphones and let you choose a song. After that I did the float, which is definitely worth trying. You get your own room and can choose a sound ambiance from vibrating Ohms to guided meditation or others. There’s a nice shower in there for after with Le Labo products. However, there is no lotion for after the shower and the one towel provided (I’m sure you could request more) is quite small and thin. Where you do IV or NAD therapy, there’s a privacy curtain while you sit in comfortable chairs. I can’t speak to pricing relative to other places like this, but it felt reasonable and approachable. Truly with maybe the lotion and some better towels it would’ve been a perfect experience, and still felt like a great wellness spa visit. Will come back
