  started seeing Dr. Ryan in about 2015. As a trained all-things western medicine professional, I gave acupuncture a try just to see if it would help. After the first appointment, I felt immediate relief and improvements in areas I didn't mention to him. Over the years, I'd go rushing to Dr. Ryan when I was miserable for one reason or another. Nobody else could help! He looked at my lab work from a MD and immediately noticed more than they did! Dr. Ryan can make most any ailment feel better or even go away. When out of town, I've tried other acupuncturists and they just don't compare. Other are spot on when they say he's life changing!

  Dr. Ryan is the best. He's caring and knowledgeable. He patiently works with me on my fear of needles to get me the healing I need. I am so glad I chose Dr. Ryan and would highly recommend him to anyone.

  My experience with Foster was literally life changing. After seeing a primary care physician and living with psoriases on my hands for decades, Foster diagnosed me properly and treated me appropriately. Today I am living free of psoriases and have a better life because of his wisdom and experience. I highly recommend Foster and Mar Vista Center for Acupuncture.
