I love coming to this location! I have been a client here for a couple of years now and Dr. Kim has been amazing all the time.
I was struggling to choose a frame for my glasses (due to many cute options available). I was looking for some red or tortoise colored frames and their Eyecare Advisor, Callahan, was so kind and helpful! I was trying each frame on and he was telling me which ones he liked on me and we narrowed it down to the one! I felt super bad since I was the last client there and they were starting to close, but Callahan guaranteed it was okay and to take my time. I truly appreciated that!
I always love coming here because the service is incredible. Definitely recommend coming here😊

I had a great experience at LensCrafters today working with Anthony M. I had a lot of questions regarding a warranty claim for my Meta Ray-Ban glasses and getting contacts. Anthony took the time to walk me through the entire process without ever making me feel like a burden. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even though the store was busy, he made sure I fully understood everything before moving on. I wish I could work with him every time. Excellent customer service, thank you, Anthony!

I received some of the best customer service I've ever had in this store. Somehow one of the nose pads on my Zegna sunglasses was lost and I needed to have it replaced. They not only replaced the missing pad, but the remaining one so they would be even.
They took such care in restoring my sunglasses, they were the very definition of as good as new. They went above and beyond even though I didn't buy anything (I was prepared to pay, but they didn't charge me), so I can only imagine what care they will give to paying customers. I don't say this very often, but they deserve your business.

I had a really good experience here. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Anthony, who helped me pick out my glasses, was awesome and totally understood the vibe I was going for. I wanted something inspired by Peter Parker/Spider-Man. He was patient, gave great recommendations, helped with sizing, and was honest about what looked best on me.
Dr. Kim was very kind and explained everything clearly during my eye exam, including what eye drops I’d need. The tech was also great and she explained what each machine and test was for, which made the whole process feel easy as it was my first time.
The store looked really nice and had a big selection of glasses. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend~
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
