During that time period we went through 6 different care givers for various reasons; they did not show up, were late, did not attempt to communicate with my wife, just sat there on their cell phone or had personal issues they had to attend to. Home Instead has provided us with a very professional care giver (Sandra) who has been great with my wife. Based on our experience I would recommend Home Instead.
