Shah first told me that Corporate is closed so he cannot do the return. After telling him I spoke to corporate, he stated that his store is closing early. WOW!!! What a LIAR!!!! He should not be a manager. I am also filing two additional complaints, one with the BBB and the second with corporate. This is unacceptable.

- KGKaren GraceOct 2, 20182.0Though the sign says they open at 10:00 AM They didn’t open till 10:10 resulting in them losing a $150 .sale & A great inconvenience to me as I arrived early prepared to be their first customer before work Unfortunately the girl was late for work & because I had an Uber on the way & couldn’t be late for work myself , I had to forfeit my purchase & give my business to GNC in Beverly Hills . The worker being ten min late for worked cost the company money today & in the future .
