  Manager is Shah. He flat out lied to me. After speaking to corporate, they told me to return the product to his store. Shah first told me that Corporate is closed so he cannot do the return. After telling him I spoke to corporate, he stated that his store is closing early. WOW!!! What a LIAR!!!! He should not be a manager. I am also filing two additional complaints, one with the BBB and the second with corporate. This is unacceptable.

  Sunday 3:20pm the young man working there is very and Unpolite and very unprofessional. Has an attitude shouldn’t be working in a place like that. He should be fired. Never coming back to this store again

  Though the sign says they open at 10:00 AM They didn’t open till 10:10 resulting in them losing a $150 .sale & A great inconvenience to me as I arrived early prepared to be their first customer before work Unfortunately the girl was late for work & because I had an Uber on the way & couldn’t be late for work myself , I had to forfeit my purchase & give my business to GNC in Beverly Hills . The worker being ten min late for worked cost the company money today & in the future .
