Kahleea stepped up to help me and was able to find them, She put in some effort and did some searching and found the exact frames for me! She was very friendly and helpful and efficient and answered all my questions thoroughly and confidently and with ease. She's very knowledgeable, knows the products, and made it a very smooth and easy transaction. I'm going back for my second pair of frames which I will get a big discount on as well, she reminded me. And the employees always impressed me with their professionalism and kindness. Today, I went to For Eyes hoping that someone could adjust glasses frames that were damaged when my 94 year old neighbor’s head hit the pavement when she fell. A wonderful staff member, Kahleea, immediately greeted me and asked how she could help.I explained what happened and she was very sympathetic. I could see that she wanted to be helpful. Kahleea was able to adjust the frames and both I and my neighbor were so happy that the frames could be adjusted, enabling her to see again. Thank you Kahleea!! I so appreciated your caring attitude. You made her, and my day.
