Their guidance is clear, mindful, and encouraging. Every class feels balanced — physically, mentally, and emotionally. They create a safe and welcoming space where I can challenge myself, grow, and truly connect with my body and breath. I always leave the class feeling grounded, uplifted, and inspired. Truly grateful for their energy and presence. Thanks for the support and help for beginners. I highly recommend these instructor’s classes and this studio☺️
- NCNatasha CollierDec 19, 20241.0Would have loved to join this studio but the “validation” for parking still costs you $1.50 and its only for only 90 minutes. If you want to shower after class or double up on classes its going to cost you even more. I cant believe they would expect us to pay for parking like that, and why even offer showers if theres no time to use them? With how much membership costs, there should be at minimum a 2 hour free validation, like any other studio in the area. Its a shame because their classes and facilities are really nice.
