  I had a very disappointing experience with this Club Pilates location. I was charged multiple times for “no-show” fees even though I did not miss the classes they claimed I missed. In one case, the manager Stephanie even insisted I didn’t show up despite the fact that I was physically there attending the class. What is supposed to be a relaxing activity has turned into a stressful and frustrating situation. Stephanie’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, and she refused to refund money that was taken unfairly. I do not recommend this studio unless you want to deal with incorrect charges and poor customer service. However, I need to clarify a few things, because the way this is being presented makes simple, honest mistakes sound like something deserving of punishment. Regarding the time I accidentally booked at the wrong location — yes, that happened. I arrived on time, ready to attend, and simply did not notice the studio address in the app. These things happen to clients all the time. The question is: should a member be charged a large fee for a harmless mistake, as if this were a serious violation? The second situation is similar. I booked the wrong class time by mistake and arrived an hour later for the correct class. I explained the situation immediately and I still showed up to attend. I did not ignore the class or intentionally “no-show.” What I don’t understand is why the approach feels more like a punishment system rather than customer service. Pilates is supposed to be a relaxing and supportive experience, but this has turned into a stressful situation involving repeated charges and an unhelpful attitude from management. I am still requesting that these unfair no-show fees be properly reviewed and refunded, and that clients be treated with more understanding and respect when honest mistakes occur.

  Lindsey is such an amazing instructor. I love it here , I love the staff and I always look forward to coming here. It’s such a safe place !

  Lindsey is amazing! Her class is way different then anyone else. She is definitely having me get some gains on those muscles.

  Instructors are not properly trained in Pilates, if you just want to stretch then ok. Also, when trying to cancel be aware of contracts that won’t let you cancel unless it’s over 30 days before your next billing cycle. You will be billed for an additional money even if your not satisfied with service
