  I had a great experience at Carbon Health. Everyone was very kind and helpful, along with very validating and supportive of my concerns regarding my health. I would recommend Carbon Health to anyone with the amazing care that they provided.

  I was sent by my employer here for a physical exam, not a drug screen. During check-in, the staff member assisting me was rude. I initially remained polite, but after several curt responses, I became more direct. I assume she may have reported to her colleagues that I was being rude/strange. Soon after, I was told I needed to complete a drug screen test too because it had been “ordered”. It was a lie. My employer did not order this, and when I reviewed the eScreen documentation later, drug screen test wasnt listed. I can reason and excuse her rudeness in the beginning—perhaps she was having a bad day, it can happen. My primary concern is that I was tested for something that was not ordered. It wasn’t upto them to add it on. It felt like a violation of my rights. Ofcourse UA came back negative for substances. ———Someone else mentioned in the reviews they were given a blank page to sign without explanation, I too experienced that. When I asked, I was told it was hipaa related.

  Even though I was able to book an appointment almost immediately & had a quick, informative & easy intake process, the doctor's bedside manner was incredibly disturbing. She winced when examining me and came across nervous & unconfident which made me feel very uncomfortable being examined. When it came to getting test results back. Anxious for any information, I saw some of the results through the online portal within 48 hours, but the rest were held. I had to call the office to check on the status of my lab work & was told that the doctor had to review them / make notes and then would call me with results within a few hours. I waited another few hours and received no phone call but checked online where there was a message. It seems that they held off on releasing all of the lab results (including timely & important results) to inform me that one of the insignificant results came back abnormal. All in all I waited about 90 hours to get all of my lab results with NO call from the doctor to discuss anything. Unacceptable. Horrific bedside manner from the doctor. I've had a relatively easy experience getting in and out of this urgent care before but I won't be going back. Not after that experience.

  2 amazing PAs Tyler (love his hair) and Sarah, One amazing manager named Jasmin, amazing xray tech named Nicole. Maria and Irene, amazing MAs And this team has provided modern day top of the line health service and they were nice. In 15 minutes in and out. Couldn’t be more fun and successful in a modern day medical location. Don’t waste your time at your other doctors office. Just go here.

  This is by far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. I was there several times last year and today and everyone from the receptionists to the doctors have been so nice! Very thorough and kind!
