  I googled strep throat symptoms and stumbled upon Carbon Health’s urgent care system. There were several in a reasonable radius from my house - and I never noticed them before because - of course - you don’t notice an urgent care clinic until you need one! I downloaded the app and it was super easy to get a 9a appointment. I showed up to a very clean business with friendly staff! This is the new place for me and my family!

  Carbon Health Urgent Care 4700 pico blvd is the WORST. Terrible service save your $ for the visit. Dirty seating area no one upfront to greet or check you in.

  Staff was professional, kind, and concerned. Dr. Amiee conversed with other physicians there before making a final decision. The P.A was very efficient and friendly. I felt comfortable here. Thank you for taking me in a spare of the moment. Front desk receptionist greets you but may need to tell staff when leaving. It would be considerate for patients. Today, 2/24/2026, we stood in line 10 minutes before being serviced or acknowledged. Other than that, I would recommend this facility.

  This is a fantastic urgent care. Each of the three times I’ve come here, they have readily available appointments, easy parking, and are so efficient! I’ve seen PA Emily twice for totally different things and her bedside manner is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and listens to your concerns/experience. In and out quickly with whatever meds/answers I need.

  Wait times may vary, but the staff is always quick and efficient. I walked in on Wednesday morning and no wait today at all. The staff is very friendly. The app is very efficient in receiving updates and test results. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something easy to use.
