- VAVALERIE AMSTERDAMSep 20, 20251.0It is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You or your doctor can call in a prescription but it is neither filled nor processed when you show up. And when you do appear in person, they will always say “give us an hour”. And - fun fact - when you show up in an hour nothing has been completed and you are informed “that was just an estimate of time”. On average, it takes 2-3 “in-person visits” to pick up your prescription. And to be safe, you need 2 days. I think the actual pharmacists are qualified and hardworking but they are severely understaffed. After returning 3x, I was told that there were 200 scripts waiting to be filled.: 200!!!! I ended up at Albertsons after my Rite Aid closed. But after 2 months, and multiple bad experiences, I’ll move to CVS.
