  This place is pathetic. Left work early to make it to my daughter’s appointment. One hour in the wait room and no one knows what’s going on! Asked for a time frame they had no answer. Took literally a week to get a prescription for an antibiotic and now this! Why overbook if you can’t manage the appointments?

  I’m very happy with this clinic. The staff is very friendly and make the experience for children easy and enjoyable. Praise God.

  I had one of the worst experiences bringing my son here. The doctors were extremely unprofessional. I was asked to schedule an appointment, pull my son out of school, and rearrange my day—only to arrive and find out their equipment wasn’t even working. Nothing was done, and our time was completely wasted. To make matters worse, the doctor had the audacity to reschedule us because she was “too busy,” after clearly overbooking patients just to maximize profit. There was no regard for our time or my child’s needs. I will never trust this place with my child again. This is not quality care—it’s corporate greed and a complete lack of professionalism.

  Great place for kids. They take care of my daughter not like other places where they strap your kids and force them down. We had a bad experience in the past at another dentist. But coming here has changed that for my daughter and I. Highly recommend this place. The only down side is staff at the front desk seem to not like their job. They don’t greet you or smile. It’s like a whole different world once you go into the other room where they perform cleaning and etc. They are happy and even if they are wearing a mask you can tell they’re smiling. But thank god the front desk do not work on children’s teeth lol. They also call and text way too much when I already called to confirm the appointment. I don’t need 5-7 calls all week, just one or two is fine please and thank you.

  Very bad service I came in the morning. I late like five minutes then I’ll tell me me and my son to wait another 1520 minutes then we wait another 20 minutes about the appointment and after that that let me know I need to wait another 30 minutes so very bad service if you want me to delete this Reviews you need to contact me apologizing and schedule appointment for next week
