  I went there for oab , Dr. tamara grisales, she saw me but in the conversation , she told me why you come here ( like i have no serious problem, when she will check me when the pain will be worse or my problem will be worse) she said she is specialist , i need to contact with my regular gyno, now my symptoms are getting worse, she only gave me paper for therapists that i can choose one of them but referred me to UCLA outpatient rehabilitation (which is 1hour 55 min away from my home) more over didn’t tell me what should i tell the therapist when i call them to make appointment and gave me a bowl to track how much pee i do in a day.i explained her Even i have 2 drops of urine in my bladder i urge to go to bathroom . It’s effect my normal life , now the pain start everyday in the bottom of my stomach. But she doesn’t want me to come there , she told me after your physical therapy finish it will be only a phone call visit . I mean i know how much tough my everyday life is now. We go to the doctors and seeking help from them and now i hesitate to call her to change my referral . I live in lancaster i drove 1hour and 55 min to see her and what i got is no help. I can’t work , i can’t go anywhere, i don’t drink water just because i am scared i will go to pee again n again . I actually don’t know what’s the problem develop in my bladder . Now i have stress and anxiety because of this oab problem .
