  Very professional and well run facility.The reception and treatment areas are clean and modern. I really appreciate the air purifiers. The staff from friendly receptionists to physicians assistants and physicians are very top notch. Easy to make an appointment on line and to follow up on the Carbon health app.

  I realized I had a tattoo infection developing, and Carbon Health had openings throughout the next day, so I booked an appointment (my first time going to urgent care). The entire experience was incredibly smooth. My appointment was at 12:15, but I arrived at 12:00. The receptionist welcomed me right away, got me checked in quickly, and even helped fill out my information. I was in an exam room by 12:10 and out the door by 12:20. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. The doctor took the time to clearly explain what was going on, what likely caused the infection, and how we were going to treat it. It might sound strange to say, but I actually enjoyed my experience at an urgent care facility. Shout out to Carbon Health!! 10/10 would recommend.

  Professional medical staff, but extremely poor billing transparency. During a visit for routine preventive screenings—which are 100% covered by my insurance—the clinic routed my samples to an out-of-network lab (HealthTrackRx) instead of an in-network provider. This resulted in a surprise $200+ bill. When I raised the issue, the clinic claimed they couldn't help, despite choosing the lab themselves. If you have a PPO, be aware that their 'Laboratory Notice' may be used to bypass your insurance protections and leave you with unexpected costs for services that should be free.

  Always a go to urgent care, when in a rush, you have helpful staff, health professionals ready to help, just remember it is cashless so if you’re paying out of pocket, it has to be by debit/credit. Overall great experience coming here for a couple things throughout the years.

  This is my third visit and been waiting for over 50 minutes to see the doctor but than was told a PA would be seeing me to read X-rays that the first doctor at Carbon Health ordered. The second visit the doctor or PA didn’t even seem to read my chart or info before entering the room and was unable to read the X-rays that I was told were sent and had a CD format copy. And now after waiting for about an hour and no one has done more than take my temperature and blood pressure I am still waiting. Seems like a scam to get u to make an appointment a week so they can bill your or your insurance. Would not recommend if u are looking for a doctor. Was told there is not a doctor on site but the over see the office somehow? How? There are barely any patients here so confused why no one is seems me.
