  My original dentist worked in the same office as Dr Goto and has since left the state. I decided to do my annual check up and cleaning with him and honestly I wished I never did. Dr. Goto charges out of network prices while providing subpar services. After Dr. Goto performed his check up on me and had his assistant take my Xrays. Dr Goto noticed that I need a crown replacement while also noticing a possible infection on my root canal on my Xray. I had pretty standard procedural questions for him and tried to ask him but since he had another appointment he rushed me out and moved me to my cleaning appointment. I was never able to talk to him again and he left the rest of it to his secretary who is a non dental professional. I ended up having to send my X-ray to my friend who just finished dental school and ask her about my options and the severity of my case. She explained to me everything including my options for treatment, how severe my case may be as well as the crown options. The fact that I got more information from my friend in 5 minutes for free than Dr. Goto's visit is extremely unfortunate. There are much better dentists especially at his premium pricing on the West Side. I have always been someone who pays whatever I need to to get the best service but Dr. Goto is just not worth it. I personally would stay away.
