Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
Barre3 Los Altos is a fantastic community that promotes wellness inside and out. It's a refuge in good times and bad that promotes functional movement and overall health, more about how you feel than how you look. Honestly, it's helped me listen to my body more which is a rare and priceless thing in a workout class. So thankful for this studio!

I haven't worked out my body this well in years! Loved my first free class so much, I signed up for a membership. I come pretty often, because of how fun and fulfilling the classes are. The instructors are so kind as well. My favorite is the strength class! Be prepared to be sore after your first class. I've only been going a little over a week now and have already noticed some amazing results. Can't wait to endure my fitness journey with BARRE3!

I love this studio! I’ve taken five classes with five different instructors and have enjoyed every class. The instructors offer many modifications and do a great job reminding students that modifications are not “worse” but rather just different options. The instructors are motivating whilst simultaneously being very kind and knowledgeable. You should definitely give this studio a chance… the workouts are challenging and fun! Thank you Barre3!

One of the best full body workouts that incorporates cardio as well as strength conditioning. Some classes are slightly more challenging but I love that the instructors always give you modifications so you never feel like you can't keep up with the class.
Overall a great workout in a beautiful studio!
