Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.
The studio at the new location is nice, but the space is very limited compared to before. Classes often feel overcrowded, making it difficult to work out without accidentally touching other people’s hands or feet. I hope the studio can offer more class times with fewer people per class to improve the overall experience.

Since I started coming to Barre3 Los Altos over three years ago, I immediately felt at home. From the moment you walk in, starting at reception and all the way through the class the team is incredibly welcoming. My first classes were very challenging, and I honestly thought I would never find the muscles they mentioned in class, but with discipline and consistency, they do show up. Over time, the classes have also helped me feel less pain and experience a much better quality of life, which I’m deeply grateful for.
I love the variety of classes and how the format changes often. It not only helps us take on new challenges but also keeps us out of routine. I feel so energized and motivated after each class that now I come even on days when I don’t feel like exercising. The vibe in the studio is incredible, and the instructors are truly wonderful, so knowledgeable, kind, and sweet, always making me feel seen and heard.
Barre3 has been a true blessing in my life. It’s a place where you genuinely feel part of a big, supportive family. A special thank you to Arlene and Tania, incredible women in business who lead this space with so much care for us and for the community. And thank you to all the amazing and inspiring instructors, especially Arlene, Audrey, and Emily.
The new location is beautiful, with plenty of parking at Safeway, and I love the Barre-branded clothing , it makes me feel great and confident during my workouts. This is truly my happy place, and I’m so grateful to continue evolving mindfully here and blessed to be part of this community.

Parking is very difficult in the new Los Altos location. They didn't mention about it at all or recommend any parking lot in the communication emails of moving location. I spent 10mins to find parking and was late for 7mins for the class, so I was turned down by the late policy
Update: the manager called me and sent me an email to explain why parking was hard on that day. They also withdraw the late fee.

Everyone is so welcoming! As soon as you enter Barre, you are welcomed with a smile and big hello. The instructors are well trained, friendly, and knowledgeable. It’s a full body workout! I love that I can train with weights, stretch, do bit of cardio and lots of core work in each class. The facilities are clean and bright. I feel happy when I enter and feel happy when I leave.
