In 2024, I became a member at Barre3 Los Altos, which was a great addition to feel the energy and camaraderie in person. Barre3 is accessible for all ages, different fitness levels, and provides modifications to support various injuries. What I love most about barre3 is the supportive community, tips on how to safely move in our day to day lives, and the few minutes of mindfulness and moments of gratitude at the end of each workout.

I just moved three months ago from the east coast and already feel like I’ve been warmly embraced by the b3 community at this studio. I have friends I attend regular classes with and the front desk and instructors know my name. That social aspect is so important to me and I’m grateful for the b3 Los Altos team for cultivating a space like that for wellbeing and community!

The studio is a wonderful place to have fun and be challenged-the community and instructors are supportive, kind, and focused on helping you. 1900+ classes later, I am still loving it!
Frequently Asked Questions About barre3
Where can I park?
Parking is available in lots around the studio (2 and 3 hour parking) and on State Street (2 hour). There is 90 Minute available parking in the Safeway garage.
What do I need to bring?
Your water bottle and grippy socks, if you prefer. We will provide all props including a mat, ball, weights, bands, and sliders.
Can I bring my own mat and/or props?
Unfortunately, no. We have a rigorous cleaning protocol and we can't confirm all items coming in meet the same conditions.
Can I wear shoes to take class?
We do not allow shoes to be worn during class. You may bring in grippy socks. With a doctor's note we do allow a brand new pair of white soled sneakers that are only used at our studio.
