- JBJohn B5 days ago1.0The onsite clinical staff at Carbon Health were great for the most part, professional, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. Their billing department is a completely different story. They attempted to charge me for a claim that is currently under dispute with my insurance and refused to work directly with the insurer to resolve it. This is all a result of their provider sending me to the ER from Urgent Care. The issue is between them and my insurance company, not me. Instead, they pushed the issue onto the patient while continuing attempts to charge the credit card on file. Beware! Great providers, but the billing practices are frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Carbon Health and suggest people look elsewhere for care.
