    Very happy with my visit. everyone at this store was very helpful and made my experience an enjoyable one. Getting my eyes checked was done quickly and after they had a selection of glasses I might like placed out. I was so happy, I got an extra pair. My only complaint about Warby Park, was they don't have a location closer to my house!

    The two associates who helped me on March 10th were incredibly welcoming and patient. I was nervous because it was my first time purchasing glasses from Warby Parker, but they truly made my first experience a positive one. I was having a hard time choosing frames that suited my face, and they kindly guided me in selecting both prescription and sunglasses that felt just right. I regret not getting their names, but they were two young women wearing eyeglasses who assisted me around 5 PM that Tuesday. They were also very understanding and patient while I was trying on frames and simultaneously keeping up with my toddler. As a mother, I genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

    I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker! Excellent customer service. I had one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a few!😄 The frames selection was great, they will even file the insurance claim for you, which is great because that can be a big pain in the butt. I will definitely go back.

    I came in today determined to finally get new glasses — no appointment, no plan, just pure motivation to stop putting it off. As soon as I walked in, I made eye contact with Tanya, and she made the entire process so smooth from that moment on. I showed her pictures of the glasses I wanted, and she quickly went to grab them for me without hesitation. I was doing my best to explain what I was looking for, and she immediately pulled out her notepad and pen, writing things down and visually showing me what she meant as she explained. That meant a lot to me. She found the exact pair I had in mind, but then casually pulled another pair that wasn’t even on my radar. And wow — I’m so glad she did. I usually stick to basic colors, but this pair was a muted green — subtle, not too bold, just enough to feel different. I fell in love with how it looked on me. It felt like the new style I didn’t know I needed. She even helped me secure a comprehensive exam appointment the same day with Dr. Tran. After roaming around the plaza for a bit, I came back right on time. Dr. Tran was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She never made me feel like I was overthinking my questions. Instead, she explained everything clearly and visually, which I truly appreciate as someone who processes things by picturing them in my head. She made it all feel easy — and honestly, made adulting feel a little less overwhelming. After the exam, I was introduced to Will, who helped me with the transaction. He explained the insurance and shipping process thoroughly and was patient when I had follow-up questions. Everything felt clear and straightforward. By the time I walked out of Warby Parker, I was smiling — proud of myself for coming in alone and finally accomplishing something I’d been putting off for so long. The entire team made the experience empowering, smooth, and even enjoyable. Thank you, Tanya (I hope I spelled your name correctly!), Dr. Tran, and Will for making this such a positive experience.
