We are a sleep clinic providing private sleep testing in a state of the art sleep center to the Long Beach area. Our goal is to help improve the overall health of our patient's quality of life. We provide affordable and healthy sleep sleep testing all in a cozy Bed and Breakfast setting. Our sleep lab is comprehensive and includes the diagnosis and evaluation of a variety of sleep disorders. At our testing center we perform a diagnostic sleep test prescribed by your medical doctor or dentist. Our staff and technicians are dedicated, professional, and friendly and are here for you in your journey towards the best sleep you will experience. We also offer Portable Home Sleep Testing (HST) for those who are unable to attend an in lab diagnostic study. HST is convenient and cost effective. I called the Sleep Apnea Girl and asked if they had stock and could help me quickly before I boarded the cruise. They quickly assisted me, reviewed my information from my Dr and was able to get me a new travel CPAP right away. They went above and beyond for me. And I was able to take the new CPAP on vacation for some great sleep!
- GPGeorge PardonFeb 25, 20265.0Sleep studies aren’t fun but if you need one, I highly recommend The Sleep Apnea Girl. Over the years, I have had two previous sleep studies at two different places. The Sleep Apnea Girl was, by far, the best. The staff were excellent, the bedroom was very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The technician that facilitated my sleep study was Daphne. She did a great job. She was very professional and answered all my questions regarding the process. Given prior experiences, I delayed having another sleep study. While sleep studies still aren’t what I would want on a regular basis, if anyone I know needs one, I will definitely recommend The Sleep Apnea Girl.

Very informative and truly trying to make the whole experience with the CPAP. And I have to Give. Miss Jennifer, who was the best of the best. She made the awkward experience of sleeping with all of the study Equipment a wonderful experience. I can honestly say that this was the first time sleeping with a CPAP the full night through!!! I honestly feel that The Sleep Apnea Girl, Jennifer, and crew have inspired and encouraged me to continue the CPAP experience! I can't think them enough.
