  Honestly it was smooth and fast with a prior appointment. My biggest issue was the way my blood was drawn. It was done very poorly and it really hurt me. I’m a person who donates blood often and I’ve never gotten hurt by it but today was not the day. Despite the fact that I have really big visible veins, somehow the person that took out my blood missed. I went crying into my car. I won’t be putting the persons name out of respect because she was nice but please be careful. I know staff is rushing because of many people but this is very inappropriate and unacceptable especially when it’s something so delicate like blood work.

  Did a walk in, I know it would be a while before I would be seen. Checked in at about 10am and I'm the only one in the standby list. I also had an option for 1:25pm same day. It's now 1:20pm and still not being seen. I asked how much longer or where I was on the list, was informed that appointments are priority and if there's a new appointment come in, that appointment is priority. What is the point of having a walk in if no one keeps track of it. I guess there's not really a walk in option and since it's automated there's no people to help and you are left to your own. Went back to kiosk, signed in and was able to make an appointment for 2:20pm. I left at 2:50pm and my name was still on the board. This has been a horrible experience and wasted time. In the future, I will request to go elsewhere.
