  “I had an absolutely amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics by St. Mary Medical Center today—hands down one of the best lab visits ever! I made my appointment online, showed up right on time, and my phlebotomist went out of their way to make sure I was seen first, even before folks who just walked in. It meant the world how they respected my schedule and made me feel like a total VIP from the moment I arrived—no waiting around or feeling overlooked. They were super professional yet so warm and genuine, with a gentle touch, bright smile, and expert skill that had me totally relaxed (they even chatted with me to keep things light). Explained every step clearly, handled the draw smoothly without a single bruise, and kept everything stress-free and personal, not like your average rushed appointment. Oh, and the cherry on top? They validated my parking for free in the hospital lot, making the whole trip hassle-free. I left feeling cared for and grateful—their kindness legit brightened my day. 5 stars all the way, I can’t recommend this spot enough and will definitely be back!”

  The phlebotomist Gloria was very professional, gentle with the draw and helpful with her knowledge of possible costs to me regarding the services. I highly recommend her and your facility

  Very nice employees very helpful i didn't have a appointment to drop off my sample for my kidney doctor and they still accommodate me i was very happy 😀 kuddos much appreciated 👏🏿

  Hard to find location, there are no signs from the road or on the side of the building. No one at front desk. Tons of people in the waiting room But they could be walk-ins. I had an appointment. Apparently I have to pay for parking?? I was in and out in 10 minutes though so I was not charged when I exited the parking lot. They just took in someone who was 12 minutes late though so if you're already Iate I guess it doesn't matter.
