  Making an appointment and check in was easy. The phlebotomist didn’t seem to be very good at her job, and she was also not very personable. The tourniquet was placed far too tight on my arm and it hurt, and after she drew my blood, she wrapped tape around my entire arm up instead of putting a little piece over the cotton, catching my elbow skin in it. There was no care taken and zero bedside manner. Hours later, my elbow hurts and my arm hurts to straighten and I have an abnormal looking wound where the needle went in. Worst experience having blood drawn ever, and I’ve had a lot of blood drawn with zero problems in the past without this much pain. I will go back to going to the elm location in the future, as they were actually good at their jobs.

  I had a lab appointment at 7:40 am. Their appointment system; setting up an appointment from their website to check-in at the site was seamless. I arrived there early, at 7:20 am and was ready to wait at the waiting room. In less than a minute, I was called in. I was happy that I didn’t have to wait too long. The staff who took care of me was professional and courteous. The entrance to the building was off the driveway (not on Termino), but it was fairly easy to spot the entrance. Question Diagnostics is on the 2nd floor so take the elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the directional signs. There seems to be a plenty of parking as well.

  I'm usually afraid of needles but at this place the people who worked there are very respectful and knows what they are doing. There was no pain.
