  Had such a great experience at Pause! I did the Aescape Massage and float, and both were incredibly relaxing. The space is beautiful, clean, and has such a calming vibe. Special shoutout to Zoe, she took perfect care of me, was so kind and professional, and made the whole experience even better. I left feeling completely refreshed and will definitely be back!

  Such a great studio with so many options to relax. I especially loved the led therapy and the cryotherapy. Would definitely go back to try to full body massage and sound bath

  Great customer service and you can’t beat their pricing, from someone who frequently has to get infusions, those two things are extremely important. I will be back next month for sure!

  What a great experience! All the staff were so helpful and the facility is just so beautiful. Loved their sauna and cold plunge and the red light. It was so relaxing and definitely left feeling refreshed

  We had the BEST ladies’ night at Pause! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind—they made the whole experience feel so special and seamless. We tried a little bit of everything, and each service was amazing. The cryotherapy, floating pools, red light therapy, sauna, and cold plunge were all top-notch. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and rejuvenation, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The space itself is absolutely beautiful—calming, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like an escape the second you step inside. Highly recommend Pause for a girls’ night, self-care day, or anytime you need to reset and recharge. We will definitely be back!
