The first pair was delivered to store for pick up, and broke in the store before I could even put them on. I've only had the replacements for 3 months, and they're already breaking in the same way and probably won't last much longer. I've never had problems like this with other glasses. Not recommended.

He took one look at them, immediately got to work, and had them fixed in just a few minutes while we waited. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and polite the entire time. He even refused to charge us for the service. His generosity gave us so much relief, and he honestly felt like our hero. We are extremely grateful to Mr. Chris, his store, and his team for their kindness and outstanding service.
