    They are always so kind and patient on the phone which I can imagine is not easy when they are busy but they take the time to help with questions and updates. In person, they are so nice (all of the techs and pharmacists). They explain things clearly and have even advocated for me with doctors. I’ve been using them for over 5 years and have absolutely never had anything other than pleasant and helpful experiences.

    Very frustrating experience at this location. I went in to buy toothpaste and shaving cream and was surprised to see that a large portion of the store is locked behind glass. After finding the items I needed, I pressed the call for assistance button multiple times and waited for quite a while, but no one ever came to help. The locked case system is extremely inconvenient and clearly not working. What should have been a quick trip turned into wasted time. I will not be returning to this Vons location.
