You are in there twice as long whilst you wait for someone to come and unlock the cupboard to buy anything, waiting ages, as are others. No sense of urgency. The deli has lazy staff and lie. Asked for a cheese, Tom, onion sandwich and was told that side of the deli is closed. When I asked a manager he said the lady was not fully trained to make sandwiches. I told him it was a he not a she to which he replied oh he is trained, he can make sandwiches. I will go a find out what’s going on. I left the store a little hungry and disappointed. Not a problem as more important issues going on in the world however its frustrating when staff cannot be bothered and lie to the customers. There was no queue, not busy at all.
