  My favorite pharmacy in the area. Always helpful with resolving issues and preventing them when possible, and empathetic. Knowledgeable pharmacists that don't seem as overworked as other places, which I think is related to the quality of service they can provide.

  I too have been going to Ralph’s pharmacy since before they were unceremoniously booted out of the conveniently located (to us) Food 4 Less in Signal Hill. I went along with them because unlike some other places, I never wanted to be told, “we have your prescription ready, but oops, now that you’re here to pick it up we really don’t.” I’ve seen the original docs retire or transfer out, but there’s been enough senior docs and fillers to keep the quality consistent through time. If there’s been a problem it’s usually due to the meddlesome insurance companies and their intrinsically pointless prescription dictates. 5 stars.

  Ever since this facility changed personnel, the service has been terrible. Pharmacy was supposed to open at 10AM today and the pharmacist was late. I was told a refill would take 15 mins, and it took 45. When I inquired about the time difference, the tech was rude. This is unprofessional and not something representative of the Kroger Corp.
