  This entire team here is professional, kind, and patient. They work with you above and beyond when you're having various issues like Drs. and Insurance coverage. Service is fast and there's never a line. Unfortunately I have a great deal of experience with pharmacies. I have been using this store for almost 2 years now, since the Rite Aid that I had been using closed. The service here at this Ralphs is top tier!!!

  First off, this review is strictly for the pharmacy staff. When the Ralph’s that was closer to me closed down, it was very disappointing. I’ve never met such kind pharmacy staff at any other pharmacy; despite being part of a chain, the pharmacy had an old school mom & pop feel to it. The pharmacists and techs were always friendly & kind, and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers when possible. When they closed, the staff did confirm that the “Carson Ralph’s” also had amazing staff. Well, they were not exaggerating; the techs and pharmacists here are amazing & just as kind as the pharmacy staff at the previous Wardlow and LCD location. Despite having numerous other pharmacies much closer to me, I will continue to use this pharmacy without hesitation!

  I've been going here with the same prescription for 3+ years from the same doctor. I've seen their techs and pharmacists come and go. I still feel very judged when I drop off my prescription and although there aren't any problems with my insurance nor me trying to fill the prescription early, they always make me wait up to a week. Recently it has become very apparent that they have the medication and simply want to make me wait until they think it's appropriate to fill because it's a controlled substance. If they would only ask me why I need such a high dosage, instead of lie to me, I could explain I'm an aneurysm and stroke survivor and literally cannot function without them.

  The pharmacists and techs are so amazing here. I will always give rave reviews to all friends and family about the service my husband and I have received here
