But I requested to cancel and get a refund because of the poor quality equipment, maintenance, and missing parts (no clips for the cable machines), very few bench / squat racks so I could never get a space on one without waiting for 20 minutes. I made the cancellation request before the deadline to cancel but they are trying to charge me for an additional month anyway. Untrustworthy.

Last week I noticed a leg machine needed re-covering and some treadmills were not resetting properly. When I came in this week, all of these issues were resolved. I love that attention to detail, and I know I do not even need to point out these issues, the employees are on it. WTG Planet Fitness DTLB! Great space, great amenities, great music.
