  It was an easy process, with kind and caring staff. The nurse practitioner was wonderful took time to explain my condition and sent in the medication I need.

  Everyone was caring and efficient. I didn't have to wait at all. I never felt rushed through to get to other patients.

  DO NOT COME HERE. I went in March 2025 and was advised I had just a co-pay. Now nearly a year later, they are coming after me for the full amount of service. When asked why, they claimed my medical group refused to pay them. When I asked for documentation, I had to spend nearly an hour on the phone over two days to get anything remotely resembling a full production of documents. One document specifically advised they had waited too long to file a claim, and I could not be billed. Yet here we are, nearly a year later, with them coming back for full cost, despite nobody telling me that and the documents reflecting their own paperwork issues, not mine. DO NOT COME HERE. When they screw up they will offload the issue to you.

  Best Urgent Care experience ever! The facility is beautiful. We were checked in quickly - NO need to compels long forms by hand!! The wait was short and the PA was understanding, professional, accommodating to our request to change pharmacies. We went to a close by urgent care and left cuz the place was sketchy, dirty and smelled of second hand smoke - we checked in and after a few minutes we had a bad feeling and left to Carbon where we had a superior experience!

  Place was clean. Nurse was nice and professional. Dr was knowledgeable. I was seen immediately. Parking might be a little tough but it’s a nice location in Long Beach. Open semi late I was able to go after work. I also asked many questions the Dr was patient with me. Overall great experience.
